Investing in Christian, private school education is a commitment that will yield great returns over a lifetime.
HFCA endeavors to intentionally sow into 5 areas of FAITH for each student. Upon graduation, students should actively display the:
Fruits of the Spirit, which are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. As a part of their spiritual formation and growth, these elements will be taught, modeled, and emphasized as values and characteristics to embody. Students will be highlighted throughout their years as others see these values in action. Students will be encouraged to recognize the fruits of the Spirit in others and to motivate one another.
Graduates will also be equipped to present their:
Aptitudes and abilities to the world. Having a solid knowledge and awareness of their innate God given talents that have been cultivated during their academic journey, graduates will leave with the confidence to pursue their next step, knowing they are leaving with a firm foundation.
Graduates will walk into their next phase with a project that they worked on with an industry mentor who allowed them to display:
Innovation and ingenuity in their chosen field. This is done to prepare students to be forward-thinking critical thinkers in identifying current issues in the field they are choosing to pursue and creating solutions or ideas that are forward driven in making the industry sustainable and successful.
Graduates will also leave with an understanding of:
Time and talents as a resourceful commodity to be generously given to others. Their time at HFCA will teach them to treasure their time and talents as a way to make the world a better place. This will be done in their homes, in industry, and to lead others to Christ. Graduates will have an understanding of what the Bible says about these treasures and will be prepared to use them wisely and for His glory.
Finally, graduates will enter the world displaying:
Hearts for humanity. This will be the culminating product of monthly service projects, doing life together with the community at large, establishing a worldview through education and experience, and being knowledgeable of the needs of others. Graduates will have a deepened understanding of what it means to be selfless and what it means to be a living sacrifice for what God is leading and equipping them to do for the advancement of His kingdom.
