Jessica is a Philadelphia native and nonprofit fiscal leader who is passionate about building stronger communities. A graduate of Central High School (263), Philadelphia University (BS in Accounting), and Villanova University (MBA), her local connections run deep. She has more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, where she has held senior-level leadership roles and now serves as a Fiscal Operations Consultant. Her work experience spans across various nonprofit organizations that focus on youth development and community engagement.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica is a dedicated bonus parent and primary caregiver—roles that have deeply shaped her perspective and strengthened her compassion for others. Her lived experiences influence the way she approaches both service and relationships: with patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support others through life’s challenges and milestones.
In 2025, Jessica became a member of her church community and joined its scholarship fund committee, helping support opportunities for youth pursuing higher education. She values community, service, and creating spaces where people feel encouraged and empowered. Jessica is excited to be a part of the HFCA team because she believes in the vision of sowing into every area of life to equip young people for the future. Whether through her professional work, volunteer efforts, or personal relationships, Jessica strives to contribute in ways that leave a lasting and positive impact.
Jessica serves HFCA with joy, and she is excited to be a part of preparing the next generation to fulfill their God ordained destinies.
